It is certain that the sound would be very similar, Lady T, although I would have thought that “bleatings” might more appropriately be applied to a flock of ewes and the anticipated arrival of the community tup. (But I am sure that Wheatley River would deprecate the arrival of either sheep or sodbusters.) As for what sounds of gratification might subsequenly emanate, the record is presently silent. If you cared to illuminate this matter…

I do recall hearing such bleating whilst manicuring the lawns at STM, but foolish me, I thought it was the unconstrained sounds emanating from the cattle next door next as they anticipated the arrival of the community bull.

The Red Army subdued a large chunk of Eastern Europe, transported in sidecars of the very sort that Bub used to demonstrate his own impressive machismo to such effect to the assembled admiring females of Portage and even Great Oyster Bed. I am sure there awestruck oohs and aahs could be heard above the gentle murmer of ride-on lawn mowers and the creak of rocking horses in Darkest Wheatley River

Basically, it’s public sector speak for a full time job. That would usually translate into 37.5 hours or more per week, although that time may be filled by more than a single person.

Basically, it’s public sector speak for a full time job, although there may be several people involved in the work of that one job. Full time work in public sector terms is usually considered to be 37.5 hours per week.

Ah, I can do that. Say you have three people working, say, 10 hours a week each in a call centre. You have one full time equivalent person in a call centre. Of course it can look a little different when a government “communications specialist” gets finished massaging it.
