CKC registered Caitlin is an 8 month old female German Shepherd. Caitlin was the pick of the litter from Timberline Kennels. She is strong willed, full of mischief and energy and shows all the traits of the German Shepherd breed. Sheps are blindly loving and loyal to their people and are one of the most intelligent canine breeds. Caity has spent her entire life with other dogs so we believe she will get along with other dogs. She was shown in confirmation competitions in puppy classes in 2014 and never failed to place well. While she has been socialized at shows she had never been exposed to children so we have no idea if she is a child friendly dog. It was our intention to breed her to our male, but she is missing two back teeth. This is a genetic fault and thus she will not be bred and will not continue her show career. She is in excellent health, has all her vaccinations and is micro-chipped. Like all German Shepherds in their formative months, she requires a firm hand as she learns what is and what is not allowed.

She will make someone a very nice family pet. We have few requirements.

• She must go to a loving home where she will become part of the family.
• There must be a 6 foot chain link fence.
• She will be spay and registration papers will not be transferred until proof of spay is provided.

The ‘going price’ for a pick of the litter dog from Timberline is $2,500-$3,000. The only cost to someone adopting Caitlin will be the cost of spaying.
