Disruption is coming at an alarming rate and note the phrase referring to certain lines of insurance being a commodity. The consumer has brought this on itself in the never ending pressure for lower premiums.
We have the abomination of Walmart because we want low prices often without regard to quality. Can the Walmart of insurance be far off? Does the consumer care?
