My Bell Aliant work E-Mail ceased working on both my iPad and iPhone with the error that the Bell security certificate had expired.
My inquiry to the bright lights at Bell referred me to the 32 steps necessary to restore my service. 32 steps to open an E-Mail account! Can this be?
Thinking that maybe Baladeva might not be quite sure what he was telling me, I deleted the account on my phone, added a new account, inserted my E-Mail address and password and Bob’s yer uncle. Took me about 3 minutes instead of the time it would have taken to follow the 32 steps.
