Of course if you live in rural Tiny Land…well, you know. :(. Hmmmm, maybe if the provincial weenies sold a few more passports and gave the loot to Bell they could extend what the CRTC has deemed essential service to we souls who live outside the city or town. Better idea – give the loot to a small ISP and bring some competition to the game.
