I received an unsolicited email from my ISP yesterday with a request I call.

This signal degradation could be due to a multitude of issues, and unfortunately can be difficult to troubleshoot via email.
First time an ISP has offered to help improve bandwidth. Even more interesting is I am getting download speeds in excess of advertised.
