I received a PayPal invoice for £49 from an organization prettylittlethings.com in London England. On receipt I immediately notified PP and received an automated response in seconds advising me what would happen. A day later I received email from PP confirming it was an unauthorized charge and reversed the entry.
Today I received an email advising me of a required security procedure to further secure my account. I followed instructions, received a telephone call and all is as it should be.
Very slick system. Now I am curious how it happened.
